symplr Directory Provider Search
Directory allows patients to find the right providers according to their location, specialty, subspecialty and availability. The provider search experience was underperforming, leading to low user satisfaction. As the UX designer, my primary responsibility was to identify pain points in the provider search flow and create a streamlined, intuitive, and efficient search and map experience.

OneStudyTeam Patient Visit View
OneStudyTeam is a SaaS company providing software for Clinical Trials. Sites weren’t meeting their enrollment goals. Designed and shipped first Visit Document View and redesigned Patient Visit View to reduce length of visits and increase patient enrollment at clinical trial sites. Reduced number of clicks to complete a visit by more than 50%.

Led design on first in-app Form Builder for OneStudyTeam’s suite of products. OneStudyTeam is a SaaS company providing software to Clinical Trial Sites. The Form Builder allows non-technical users to create technical, customized forms unique to each trial and patient visit.

Lunch Box Restaurant
A local restaurant with an outdated website led to a lack of trust with customers. Responsive restaurant website redesign and brand refresh to establish more trust with local residents in order to increase number of customers and orders per week.

Stitch Fix (passion project)
Stitch Fix is a personalized styling service. How might we make the shopping experience more personalized by displaying all previous Fixes? This feature allowed users to view and shop their previous orders for seamless reordering and complimentary styling.
