Designed and shipped first Visit Document View and redesigned Patient Visit View to reduce length of visits and increase patient enrollment at clinical trial sites. Reduced number of clicks to complete a visit by more than 50%.

symplr is the leader in enterprise healthcare operations software. Many physicians use delegates to complete the credentialing process. symplr’s new new credentialing software needed a way for physician’s to delegate the process. Supporting these activities in the system reduced the manual load on physicians and sped up the credentialing process, affording them more time to spend with patients.

Led design on first in-app Form Builder for OneStudyTeam’s suite of products. OneStudyTeam is a SaaS company providing software to Clinical Trial Sites. The Form Builder allows non-technical users to create technical, customized forms unique to each trial and patient visit.
