Problem
The number of orders placed per week at Lunch Box has been on the decline since the Covid Pandemic started. How might we learn more about their customers’ needs, motivations, and pain points to increase number of orders and improve business?

A redesigned site with user centered navigation, updated logo and branding, up to date information with regard to weekly specials, hours of operation, and Covid protocols.
